Stakeholders

Bonraybio Co., Ltd. has identified five major stakeholder groups: shareholders/investors, customers, employees, suppliers/business partners, and government authorities and regulators.

The Company establishes various communication channels to collect feedback and engage in appropriate communication with stakeholders, understand their reasonable expectations and needs, and appropriately respond to material issues of concern to stakeholders. The Company reports stakeholder engagement and related matters to the Board of Directors on a regular basis, at least once a year.

The Company's stakeholder engagement activities for 2024 and 2025 were reported to the Board of Directors on November 10, 2025.

Since its establishment, Bonraybio Co., Ltd. has regarded integrity and ethical conduct as core values of its corporate culture and as fundamental principles of its management team.

Bonraybio has established procedures for handling reports of ethical misconduct and is committed to conducting business activities with integrity. The Company prohibits all forms of corruption, fraud, and other unlawful misconduct.

If you become aware that a Bonraybio employee or a member of the supply chain acting on behalf of Bonraybio may have violated the Company's ethical standards, please contact us as soon as possible. The Company is committed to handling such reports confidentially and ensuring that they are communicated directly to senior management.
